General Highly Skilled Migrant Points Calculator - Initial Applicants

The following points calculator is for first-time applicants under the General Highly Skilled Migrants sub-category, very similar to the current Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP). You will be required to satisfy these requirements starting 01 April if you are making your application from India, and in summer 2008 from any other country.

You have previously been granted leave to remain in the UK under Tier 1 for GHSM
You have been granted leave to remain in the UK under the HSMP for the rules in place since 5 Dec 2006
None of the above - not eligible
